1.Who is Atu?

Atu Robot is a body temperature measurement and information collection device developed by Tsinghua University Modern Institutional and Robotized Equipment Laboratory and manufactured by Yantai Tsingke+ Robot Joint Research Institute Co., Ltd., which can achieve unmanned body temperature in indoor and outdoor environments rapid screening. 

Atu has a strong adaptability to the environment, a wide range of temperature and humidity, stable temperature measurement and high accuracy, and the accuracy of temperature measurement is better than 0.2 ℃;.


Atu can achieve single body temperature detection within 2 seconds for pedestrians. Integrate identification technologies (identity card, work permit, student ID, etc.), health codes and face (optional), establish the association between identity information and body temperature, efficiently complete local data storage and data cloud secure upload, real-time Cloud platform management such as temperature measurement records, temperature abnormality reminders, personal trajectory tracking, personal temperature analysis, etc., is suitable for the construction of smart buildings, smart communities, and smart cities.

4.How to use and work process

Atu robot needs to connect the power cord before use, and then press the switch button, after the robot initialization is completed, the robot will broadcast "I am Atu, welcome to use Tuna and robot body temperature screening and management system", when the robot detects and connects When reaching the network, the robot will broadcast "The network is connected."

The working process includes document information collection (optional), body temperature measurement, identity verification (optional), temperature status processing, information storage, and information transmission (optional).


①Document information collection (optional)

Pedestrians place the resident ID card or student ID/work card close to the document reading area above the robot chassis, or the health QR code to the robot QR code scanning area. After obtaining the ID information or QR code information, the robot will play the voice "Please measure the temperature", at this time pedestrians can see their identity information on the display.

②Body temperature measurement

Before measuring the temperature, you can use your hand to turn the thermometer to the appropriate direction. Pedestrians extend the bare wrist pulse zone, facing the thermometer, placing the pulse zone within 3 cm below the end of the thermometer, so that the infrared beam irradiates the pulse zone, and the temperature measurement is completed after hearing the "drip" sound .At this time, the robot will play the corresponding content by voice (see section ④), and display the temperature value on the display.


④Identity verification (optional)

When the identified document information is consistent with the information in the database, the robot will broadcast "reported", and when the identified document information is inconsistent with the information in the database, the robot will report "no report".


⑤Body temperature treatment

When the measured body temperature is lower than 35.5°C, pedestrians will hear the announcement "The test result is low, please wait for another test". At this time, Atu believes that the wrist temperature of the pedestrian is abnormal. Please wait for the wrist temperature to be normal before testing; When the measured body temperature is within the range of 35.5°C to 37.2°C, the pedestrian will hear the temperature value broadcast by the robot, and the temperature status indicator light will turn green; when the measured body temperature is higher than 37.2°C, the pedestrian will hear the broadcast “Test Results "High" and alarm sound, the temperature status indicator light turns red, and the on-site staff will handle it as appropriate.


⑥Information preservation and transmission

If you want to save data on the Atu robot, you need to insert a USB disk at the USB interface before turning on the machine; if you want to upload data, you need to configure a cloud server (Atu can bring its own server) and establish communication with Atu. By default, when the Atu robot successfully reads the identity information and obtains a valid body temperature (not lower than 35.5°C), it will save or upload the identity information and body temperature.

①What are the advantages of Atu robot?

The temperature measurement accuracy of the Atu robot is high, and the temperature measurement accuracy is better than 0.2℃; the working environment has a wide range of application, the working environment temperature is -15°C ~ 42°C, and the working environment humidity is 5% ~ 95% (no condensation).

 

②How should Atu robot be handled?

There is a carrying handle on both sides of the Atu robot chassis. If you need to move the Atu for a short distance, you can use the carrying handle to carry it.

③How should the temperature measurement site be arranged?

Before using the Atu robot, the site layout must be carried out. Place the Atu at a predetermined temperature measurement location (300mm×350mm flat installation ground) and demarcate the temperature measurement area and the waiting area. The waiting area and the temperature measurement area are recommended to be maintained at least 1 meter.
